SwarmFlow provides AI-powered code analysis, security scanning, and autonomous agent tooling for software development teams. The Service allows users to connect repositories and run automated analysis agents.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. SwarmFlow will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service to scan codebases you do not have permission to access
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
SwarmFlow retains all intellectual property rights in the Service. Your code and data remain yours — we do not claim ownership of repositories you connect.
6. Trial and Billing
New accounts receive a 20-day free trial with limited agent runs. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
SwarmFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
